This meant using FreeFileSync with a scheduler. I didn’t want to have a realtime synchronisation option, but rather a user specified time increment. RealTimeSync is setup to run when the computer starts up. RealTimeSync monitors the source folder, in my case the local writing folder, and immediately synchronises any changes. The batch file can be imported into RealTimeSync providing all of the settings required. In addition, there is an option to save a batch file (SyncSettings.ffs_batch). Once a folder pair has been chosen and the synchronisation type confirmed, the job can be saved.
